I love these pictures of Choosy using the dynaband. We recently gave our entire staff custom dynabands as an appreciation gift. We are teaching them “moves” at each staff inservice.
Is there any chance that the individual pictures could be posted on the website, or a bigger version of the collage? The window pop up ends up being small even with zooming in. I would love to share this with our staff as we introduce more dynaband stretches.

Our children in the Head Start/Day Care program located in Phoenix, New York, LOVE Choosy and work with him throughout their day. We have a stand-up Choosy character that they carry around, listen to music with, he over sees nap time, lunch time and all of our movement activities.
Our children even make statements at home at dinner; "That's a Choosy food' or 'What would Choosy do?"
We have incorporated these exercises with the children (Without the bands, our children are 3-5 ).
At our monthly Total Staff meetings, we all as adults bring our dino-bands and do some exercises in the morning before we get started. Thanks for keeping us Heart Healthy and our children. Robin HS Teacher
