On a recent episode of the Rachael Ray talk show, Troy Lynn Lavigne was recognized as a member or Rachael's Community of Incredible People. You might recognize Troy Lynn from the Region IV launch event in Atlanta, GA. Troy Lynn performed her, now famous, version of "Say it Loud" to which she added "We're Moving Now" for her fellow Head Start staff.
