Community Action Southwest (CAS) has been providing services to residents of Washington and Greene County in Pennsylvania for over 40 years. CAS offers many services to children, families and individuals at all income levels, and is committed to "Helping People. Changing Lives." Community Action Southwest offers programs like Head Start, WIC (Women, Infants & Children), Family Self-Sufficiency, Senior Services and Family Development.
At a recent Head Start Event, Nutrition Supervisor, Darlene Vukmanic, took the "Choosy Loves Head Start" picture to the Giant Eagle in Rices Landing, PA to have the cake made. It was used for the Community Action Southwest Head Start/Early Head Start
Transition Luncheon for parents, community collaborators, school
districts and staff.
Thank you Community Action SouthWest for yet another inspirational use of Choosy. Although Choosy wouldn't recommend eating a lot of cake, in this case, only one piece is definitely "Choosy!"
