West Virginia Schools Offer 'Faux Junk Food' to Improve Students' Health

In an effort to make nutritious food more enticing, West Virginia school administrators are serving students traditional fast food favorites made with more healthful ingredients or fortified with extra vitamins and minerals, the Associated Press reports. (Mohajer, AP/Yahoo! News, 5/1/07).
