Tennessee Awarded Grant to Combat Childhood Obesity

Tennessee has been awarded a $100,000 grant from the National Governors Association Center (NGA Center) for Best Practices to improve the overall health and nutrition of Tennessee's toddlers and preschoolers based on a proposal submitted by the State Department of Health.
