According to a new study, America's waistbands are expanding.
Obesity rates rose in 31 states last year, and not one state saw a decrease.
For the third year in a row, Mississippi tops the list of adult obesity rates.
Right behind it is West Virginia.
When it comes to childhood obesity, West Virginia ranked second, coming in behind Washington DC.
