New Web Site Aims to Boost Children's Produce Consumption

The nonprofit Produce for Better Health Foundation last week launched a Web site designed to encourage children to eat more fruits and vegetables, the Chicago Tribune reports. Supported by the foundation, Imagination Farms and Kidzmart, the FoodChamps.org Web site features games, coloring pages, recipes and other activities aimed at educating children ages 2 to 8 about healthy eating habits.
