Work, family, and social activities can sometimes make life a little difficult to balance. It's a challenge: not enough time to eat right, not enough time to exercise, and wanting to make lasting lifestyle changes... Ubisoft has met this challenge and presents educational entertainment that takes your health to heart. My Weight Loss Coach is a video game that recommends actions that are compatible with a healthy lifestyle and a technological tool that relays healthy messages.

Developed in the Ubisoft Montreal studios in collaboration with a kinesiologist and a nutritionist, the game has received the support of the Montreal Heart Institute. My Weight Loss Coach was especially designed for the Nintendo DSTM and will be released on June 20th across Canada.

The game includes a maximum of devices to impart the importance of integrating physical activity into one's daily life. In fact, the game will be sold with an accessory: a pedometer to count the number of steps that a player takes in a day. The player can then connect the pedometer to the DS to generate a daily report and record the data.
