One in four children in North Carolina face obesity, and the Children's Museum of Winston-Salem is hoping to help.
Armani Brown learned on Saturday how to shop for groceries with an interactive game that requires some fast feet.
"You have to block out the bad food and put in the good food so you can stay healthy and have energy," Brown said.
At the Healthier Ever After play area, the children also learn about portion control.
