Abstract:
Should video games be part of our exercise routine? With the growing popularity of active video games, a trend known as "exergaming" or "exertainment", people have been re-thinking the couch-potato stereotype. New games invite players to use more than just their hands -- they get people out of their chairs and actively participating in a virtual environment. Can these games change how we exercise, and more importantly, should they?
