If your organization is Tax Exempt you will need to email verification to taxexempt@choosykids.com or fax to (304) 777-4543 within 30 days of placing your order. If we do not recieve verification by that time, you will be billed for the unpaid tax associated with your order. If you are a previous customer and have already created your account, please contact us at taxexempt@choosykids.com so we can update your status. If you do not contact us, you will be charged sales tax when you continue to the Confirmation process.
